Minichamps' Diecast Take on the Stratos Wedge

The Stratos's short wheelbase and dramatic wedge nose make it an unusual casting challenge: the proportions are extreme by any road-car standard, and getting the roofline, wraparound windscreen, and stubby tail to read correctly at 1:18 takes real attention to the original Bertone design. Minichamps' white finish keeps the focus on that shape rather than a busy livery, and the panel lines around the distinctive pop-up headlights and rear engine cover are crisp enough to hold up under close inspection. At around 20cm long, the model is noticeably shorter than most 1:18 sports cars on the same shelf, a visual cue that mirrors how compact the real car was in person.
